The location was particularly good and incredible in a nice enough area, right by the beach, old town, shopping area, the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and amicable.

I would recommend the place. I got brand-new and large room with view on the Champs Elisees of Nice as well as 2 tables as advertised. The hotel had a central location to coast. And it's at walking distance from Boccaccio, ate there once or twice...

The apartment had all the needed amenities and is in a perfect location. Convenient check-in and check-out processes. Close to tram stations for easy access to the airport and well-connected train station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Felt welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.
